Diana has all the necessary attributes of a good editor. Mostly, she is attentive to detail, especially as grammar, content and meaning are concerned. As for design, she is a quick study, translating ideas to design projects, often under stringent deadlines.

American Scientist magazine
For many years I have been a contributing editor for American Scientist, an award-winning magazine about science, engineering, and technology. Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Honor Society, has published American Scientist since 1913. I edit text for this bimonthly magazine using the Chicago Manual of Style as well as their own house style guide and occasionally proof page layouts.
